Digital Marketing Specialist

 Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally. This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company’s visual representation in all aspects of design including typography, composition, and color. The creative talents of the individual in this role will be applied to digital advertisements, marketing materials, sales documents, trade show materials and web graphics.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Spearheads the planning and implementation of the company’s digital marketing campaigns, including the company website, blog, SEO/SEM, e-mail, and social media.
  • Develops digital marketing strategies to boost the company’s online presence
  • Maximizes various online tools to track the website’s traffic rates, blog rankings, and other statistics relevant to the company website, especially WordPress
  • Shows familiarity with accessing, editing, and improving a CMS-type website
  • Has had experience working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
  • Stays up to date with online marketing trends and is able to apply these trends to the company’s digital needs
  • Provides assistance for the company’s website branding
  • Assists in the preparation of digital marketing materials for Facebook Canvas and Google Display Search
 Skills & Qualifications:
  • Has a keen and comprehensive understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies, like SEO/SEM and social media
  • Has had at least 2 years of experience working on and leading online digital marketing campaigns, via SEO/SEM, social media and other digital platforms
  • Must be able to comfortably work with numbers and statistics
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent analytical thinking, organizational know-how, and high fluency in oral and written English
  • Must be comfortable working with a team and must be open to learning new things
