Usually, you will need design and planning when you start home renovation and remodelling and it’s common that the interior designers and the constructors are separate. Design and Build is a method to delivery a project in one operation, from drawing to build services are managed by us.

We offer an interior design and build services for residential and commercial spaces, expertly managing the process from design concept to completion. We use excellent and lasting, and work with Japanese craftsman to keep our Japanese quality.

We work in all Metro Manila area and National Capital Region. For other areas, please feel free to ask us.

How do I start a project with Tokyo Grand Renovation?

Please contact us from Inquiry Form or make a call to set up an initial consultation. You can choose this free consultation by having an online meeting or we visit your site and location. During the first meeting, we will discuss your budget and design needs. You can show us pictures, describe your preferences or you can ask us any questions. We will also discuss yourself, your family, design and functional needs, household habits and hobbies and desired outcome for your home to find your best style.

Do you charge for your initial consultation?

No. We do not charge any fees for our first consultation or meeting.

I don’t know what style I want, can you still help?

Absolutely! And that’s our job. We will ask questions such as your preferred color and theme, functionality, your family structure and your budget. Then we’ll convert our conversation into design plan that will work with your lifestyle.

Why I need design and build? What is the advantage for having renovation?

One of the major advantages of renovating a home is that you can purchase a property with a better location at a lower price than buying a new house. Also, when you buy a new unit or house, the layout and facilities are fixed. Furthermore, when you renovate home, you can make a layout and design that suits your lifestyle and make your house full of originality.

I don't know what paperwork/permits I need for my condominium admin, village or Barangay, can you help?

Yes! We can help to proceed your paperwork/permits with your condominium admin, village, city hall and Barangay in any case.We can also manage the paperwork from the beginning until the end. Please feel free to ask during our meeting for more detail.

What is your payment schedule?

The standard payment process is 50% upon starting, 30% upon major work completion, 20% upon fully completion.

How do I know the construction progress?

We report weekly, monthly or every progress completion based on the request. We can send photos, videos and have video calling via Viber, Google Meet and other apps upon your request.
